I specialize in supporting women who want to get rid of annoying pain, especially in their shoulders and upper back, using strategies that are natural, easy and simple.

Your age, size or shape doesn’t matter.  I’ve helped beautiful women just like you.

Because everything in your body is attached, upper back pain often spreads out to other parts of your body.

DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER:

We’ll dig deep into your activities and life-work style and discover what gives you nagging aches and pains.

You’ll uncover the likely cause(s) of your discomfort and learn how to get rid of it forever.

You’ll discover remarkably simple movements that fit your body and will help get you back to neutral—just like when you were a kid–with NO back pain.

We’ll create simple  movements, easy self-help systems and DIY massage techniques to do easily which will help you eliminate pain and keep it gone.

You’ll become…

  • Clear on the causes of your discomfort and how to get rid of them forever
  • Confident in your ability to get older without getting “old.”

Our private sessions are held via Zoom or other virtual face-to-face programs.

BACK PAIN FREEDOM BLUEPRINT

In your Blueprint, each session builds on the previous one, bringing new movements and insights to address new or existing pain.  This works wonderfully even if you have pain in multiple parts of your body.

Part of the magic happens between our calls, because each session ends with important steps for YOU to continue to take.  

They don’t take long and aren’t hard.  Easy.  Simple.  Natural. 

Like the old saying goes, “I can’t do your sit-ups for you.”  (In fact, I don’t even like sit-ups.  Too much work.)

But I sure can help you know exactly which easy steps to take to pain-freedom!

We’re talking:  Simple. Easy. Natural. Pain Relief.

Since I can’t help you all by myself–and we’re a team–you’ll want to take action and “work” with me.  Don’t worry, I will support you every step of the way and help you refine what you’re doing so it works best.

What to Expect

You’ll have three calls in one month with me.

  1. The first session is where we get to know you and your body, to assess your pain or dysfunction levels and causes and we will start to “work”.
  2. The second and third sessions are where you’ll learn, practice and absorb more of the simple, easy steps to eliminate or seriously reduce your pain.
  3. You will do quick, easy and thoughtful “homework” between sessions for quick benefits.  Plan on only about 15 minutes most days, max.

In fact, you’ll feel so GOOD after the homework that you’ll look forward to it.

You may not get down to zero pain in that month but you WILL experience a big improvement.

There is a minimum commitment of one month but once that’s over, you can arrange to stay with me for as long as you like or you can cancel any time after the first month.

For the logistics and investment please see below.

THE LOGISTICS: 

→ Three 60-minute private video sessions for one month.  That may be all you need for lasting pain relief–3 sessions.  Schedule extra time in case a session runs over a bit and to give yourself some time to relax, to feel the changes that are already occurring and to absorb what you’ve just discovered

→ Spot-coaching for emergencies (this is where we might hop on for 20 minutes to fine-tune between main sessions) and email support during your month

→ Recordings of your private video sessions are included with your minimum commitment of just 1 month (in case you want reminders on the road to some big changes with your efforts!)

→ Short, easy, simple self-help videos to use between sessions and forever for even more improvement

→ Simple, concise PDF’s to guide and assist you on your journey to more health and less discomfort

THE INVESTMENT:

$700 for 1 month (3 sessions plus spot coaching and all the other goodies.)

I know, that’s less expensive than many health or wellness coaches and they probably don’t have my expertise, experience and skill.  (blush)

I’ve been told I should charge more ($3,000) and have a longer Blueprint Course (3 months) but this feels appropriate, just like the work we’ll do together.

I don’t want to get rich–I just want to help you, I know you’re busy, and I KNOW it won’t take 3 months!

How many sessions does it take to get relief?

Wait.  One month?  Three sessions?  That doesn’t seem like much time.

It IS enough time when your coach knows what I know.

And it includes all of the goodies–the videos, PDF’s, spot coaching and homework.

You’ll probably notice improvement after the first session.  Most women do.

Your plan is not rigid–it’s fluid.  It can change with new assessments and needs because bodies change, all the timeThat means your body can change for the better!

If you desire additional time after the first month, you are welcome to make arrangements.
